5% GST: Applicable on the total trip cost.

Early Check-in / Late Check-out: Any early check-in before 1:00 PM or late check-out after 11:00 AM at the hotel (additional charges may apply).

Personal Expenses: Includes telephone, internet, laundry, shopping, etc.

Extra Meals: Meals not mentioned in the itinerary (such as lunch or snacks).

Additional Sightseeing: Any extra excursions or sightseeing not listed in the itinerary.

Attraction Entry Fees: Museums, parks, and other local attractions.

Room Heater Charges: Additional charges for room heaters (if applicable).

Travel Insurance: Any travel insurance expenses (recommended but not included).

Bike-related Costs: Spare parts costs due to accidental damage while the bike is in the rider’s possession.

Towing or Transfer Costs: Towing or transfer costs if the bike breaks down.

Servicing or Maintenance Costs: Servicing or maintenance costs during the trip.

Unforeseen Expenses: Costs arising from factors like flight delays, roadblocks, vehicle breakdowns, weather conditions, landslides, strikes, or political disturbances.

Security Deposit

A refundable INR 5,000 security deposit per motorbike is required at the time of booking.

Refund Policy

The deposit will be refunded within 5 working days after the trip, provided no damage occurs to the bike during the journey.
