Short Itinerary

1st Day:  Drive From Dehradun To Sankri Base Village (198 Kms, 8 Hours Drive )

​

2nd Day: Trek from Sankri to Juda Ka Taal (9050 Ft, 4 Kms)

​

3rd Day: Juda Ka Taal To Kedarkantha Trek Base Camp (11200 Ft, 3 Kms)

​

4th Day: Trek To Kedarkantha Peak (12,500 Ft) and Back To Hargaon (9050 Ft) ( 9 Kms Trek)

​

5th Day: Hargaon To Sankri Base Village (4 Kilometer Trek) and Back To Dehradun (08 Hours Drive)

Itinerary ( Dehradun to Dehradun )

1st Day : Drive From Dehradun To Sankri Base Village (198 Kms, 8 Hours Drive )

​

The group will gather at the pickup point at 06:00 AM.


We'll go towards Sankri, which is the starting point for the trek.


Reach Sankri by evening. 

​

Arrival service was followed by the introduction of our Trek Captain and Support staff.

​

Check in to our homestay, the rest of the day is for relaxation and you're advised to relax and prepare for the journey ahead.

​

The dinner will be served in the evening followed by an overnight stay in Sankri Village.

​

*The pickup point can be Dehradun Railway Station or Dehradun ISBT.

2nd Day: Trek from Sankri to Juda Ka Taal (9050 Ft, 4 Kms)

 

The day will start with hot tea at 06:00 AM.

​

later we will have a delicious breakfast.

​

The trip leader will be briefing you about the Trek.

​

Then, we'll start moving from the Dense Pine Forest.

​

The first stop for the day will be Juda Ka Taal Campsite, which is at a lower altitude than the Taal itself.

​

Upon reaching Juda Ka Taal Campsite, we'll have lunch.


The rest of the day is at leisure.

​

Dinner will be served in the evening followed by an overnight stay at Juda Ka Taal Campsite.
 

3rd Day : Juda Ka Taal To Kedarkantha Trek Base Camp (11200 Ft, 3 Kms)

​

The day will start with the first rays of sun and tea followed by breakfast.

 

The Trek Captain will give you a briefing regarding the day before we start our trek.

 

Later, we'll begin the trek towards the Kedarkantha Base Camp, which takes approximately 3-4 hours.

 

After reaching and checking into the campsite, we'll have an amiable lunch.

The rest of the daytime is at leisure and we'll relax by surrendering to activities like snowball fights and other fun games.

 

Lastly, we'll have a hot and healthy dinner at the campsite followed by an overnight stay at Kedarkantha Base Camp.

4th Day: Trek To Kedarkantha Peak (12,500 Ft) and Back To Hargaon (9050 Ft) ( 9 Kms Trek)

 

We will finally start our trek to Kedarkantha Peak.

​

We'll get up at 02:00 AM in the morning as we'll be needing an early start with hot tea.

 

Afterward, the company will trek up to the Kedarkantha summit.

 

After achieving the summit, we'll enjoy the panorama view from the top and witness the beautiful sunrise from the summit.

 

Shortly afterward, we'll run back to the Kedarkantha Base Camp once again.

 

Upon reaching, Lunch will be served at the campsite.

 

It's the last night at the campsite so we will have a farewell gathering.

​

Overnight stay at Hargaon Campsite.

5th Day: Hargaon To Sankri Base Village (4 Kilometer Trek) and Back   To Dehradun (08 Hours Drive)

​

After early sunrise breakfast, we'll guide down towards the Sankri Village from Hargaon Campsite.

 

Upon arriving Sankri, we'll stop and freshen up at our appointed hotel, lunch will be delivered.

 

Shortly afterward, we'll move towards Dehradun. (Reach Dehradun by late evening.)

 

The group will disassemble here and be on their separate ways with a heart full of contentment and a mind full of memories.

Cancellation Policy

Free Cancellation up to 60 days before the departure date (Booking amount is non-refundable)

​

If you're canceling the trip and opting for a refund

within 59 days to 45 days of the Departure Date then only 10% of the total trip cost

(calculated after subtracting the booking amount)

along with the booking amount (non-refundable) will be charged as a cancellation fee and the remaining sum would be refunded.

​

If you're canceling the trip and opting for a refund within  44 Days to 30 Days of the Departure Date then only 25% of the total trip cost (calculated after subtracting the booking amount) along with the booking amount (non-refundable) will be charged as a cancellation fee and remaining sum would be refunded.

​

If you're canceling the trip and opting for a refund within 29 Days to 15 Days of the Departure Date then only 50% of the total trip cost (calculated after subtracting the booking amount) along with the booking amount (non-refundable) will be charged as a cancellation fee and remaining sum would be refunded.

​

If you're canceling the trip and opting for a refund within15 Days to 8 Days of the Departure Date then only 75% of the total trip cost (calculated after subtracting the booking amount) along with the booking amount (non-refundable) will be charged as a cancellation fee and remaining sum would be refunded.

​

If you're canceling the trip and opting for a refund within 7 Days from the Departure Date then 100% of the total trip cost (calculated after subtracting the booking amount) along with the booking amount (non-refundable) will be charged as a cancellation fee and remaining sum would be refunded.

​

You are not eligible for a refund if you fail to show up on the day of departure under the given timeline that has been provided to you beforehand. 

 

No cancellations will be taken over phone calls or WhatsApp messages. Please reply to the email of the payment receipt that you have received at the time of booking regarding the cancellation.

 

There would be no refund provided in case some problems occur due to government orders, harsh weather conditions, protests, landslides, or any other unforeseen circumstances.

 

On the occasion of any such happenings, we have a backup plan ready most of the time and we'll be moving on that. There are moments when we would have to cancel some activities mentioned in the itinerary but it's only due to the reason that we would be bound by a circumstance that is not in our control.

​

 If a trek is called off at the last moment due to a natural calamity/unforeseen circumstances (like rain, snowfall, earthquake, landslides, strike, bandh, etc.)

 

then the participants would be provided with a travel voucher for the same amount that can be used within 365 days of the issuance date for any package worth the same amount.

​

If a trek/trip has to be aborted midway due to a natural calamity/unforeseen circumstances (like rain, snowfall, earthquake, landslides, strike, bandh, etc.). In that case, no refund would be provided.

​

Travel Chapes will not bear any extra expense due to any natural calamity/unforeseen circumstances (like rain, snowfall, earthquake, landslides, strike, bandh, etc.).

​

Cancellations policy differs for popular destinations and also during peak season, kindly confirm with your operator once.

​

Any payments of personal nature.
Feeds during transit.
Insurance of any type. 
Unscheduled hold due to landslide.
Price Escalation due to “ Force Majeure and Evacuation charges”.

Any Airfare / Rail fare other than what is mentioned in “Inclusions” or any type of transportation.

Parking and monument entry fees during sightseeing.

Additional Costs due to Flight Cancellations, Landslides, Roadblocks, and other natural

Accommodation: 1 Night in a Hotel / Homestay on a triple occupancy/sharing basis. 3 Nights' accommodation in a tent on a triple sharing basis.

Transportation: Travel from Dehradun - Sankri - Dehradun by Tempo Traveller/Sumo / Bolero.

Meals: All Meals from (Day 1 Dinner to Day 5 Lunch) are included.

Snacks: Morning and Evening Tea / Coffee with light snacks and soup while on the trek.

Camping logistics: Mattresses, Sleeping bags, Tent, Dining tent, Toilet tent, Sitting Stools.

Trek Leader Qualified and Professional Trek captain and support staff.

Permits: All necessary fees and permits.

Trekking Equipment: Gaiters, Micro Spikes, and Rope if required.

Safety Equipment: Basic First Aid kit with Oximeter and Oxygen Cylinder.

Most importantly after completing your trek your buckets will be full of Memories.
