1st Day: Rishikesh to Joshimath (10 Hours Drive )

2nd Day: Joshimath to Dhak Drive | Dhak to Guling Trek | Overnight Stay at Guling
3rd Day: Guling to Lower Khullara Trek
4th Day: Lower Khullara to Khullara via Kuari Pass
5th Day: Khullara to Auli Trek | Auli to Joshimath Drive
6th Day: Joshimath to Rishikesh Drive | End of Tour

Itinerary ( Rishikesh to Rishikesh )
1st Day : Rishikesh to Joshimath (10 Hours Drive )

The group gathers at the pick-up point by 06:00 AM.
We'll meet the team leaders and a small trip briefing would also be provided.
Afterwhich, we’ll head out for Joshimath.
We'll reach Joshimath by the evening and check in our respective rooms in the designated hotel.
Dinner will be served in the evening.
The Pickup point will be Rishikesh ISBT/Railway Station.
2nd Day: Joshimath to Dhak Drive | Dhak to Guling Trek | Overnight Stay at Guling

Post breakfast, we'll start out for Dhak.
We'll reach Dhak quite soon and begin our trek to Guling.
We'll reach Guling by the afternoon and will check into your camp followed by lunch.
The rest of the day is for relaxation.
Dinner will be served by camp staff overnight stay in Guling.
3rd Day: Guling to Lower Khullara Trek

Breakfast will be served earlier in the morning.
After that, we'll head off to Lower Khullara.
We'll reach Lower Khullara by the afternoon and check into our camp.
Lunch will be served here.
The rest of the day is at leisure.
Dinner will be served in the evening by camp staff in Lower Khullara.
4th Day : Lower Khullara to Khullara via Kuari Pass

Post breakfast, we'll head out for Khullara quite earlier in the morning.
Halfway, we'll be traveling Kuari Pass and will stop there for a short sightseeing tour.
Here you can get a scenic and clear view of Pangarchulla, Chaukhamba, Neelkanth, Dronagiri, Hathi Ghoda, and Nilgiri.
We'll reach Khullara by afternoon.
Post-check-in, lunch will be served here.
The rest of the day is at leisure.
Dinner will be served here followed by an overnight stay in Khullara.
5th Day: Khullara to Auli Trek | Auli to Joshimath Drive

After breakfast, we'll move towards Auli.
We'll reach Auli by the afternoon.
On going Auli, we'll modify our route for Joshimath, which is just 45 minutes away from here.
Post-check-in, lunch will be served at Joshimath.
The rest of the day is at leisure.
Dinner will be served in the Night followed by an overnight stay in Joshimath.
6th Day: Joshimath to Rishikesh Drive | End of Tour

Breakfast will be served earlier in the morning.
After that, we'll run out for Rishikesh.
On reaching Rishikesh, the group disassembles.
The trip ends here.

Cancellation Policy
Free Cancellation up to 60 days before the departure date (Booking amount is non-refundable)

If you're canceling the trip and opting for a refund
within 59 days to 45 days of the Departure Date then only 10% of the total trip cost
(calculated after subtracting the booking amount)
along with the booking amount (non-refundable) will be charged as a cancellation fee and the remaining sum would be refunded.

If you're canceling the trip and opting for a refund within 44 Days to 30 Days of the Departure Date then only 25% of the total trip cost (calculated after subtracting the booking amount) along with the booking amount (non-refundable) will be charged as a cancellation fee and remaining sum would be refunded.

If you're canceling the trip and opting for a refund within 29 Days to 15 Days of the Departure Date then only 50% of the total trip cost (calculated after subtracting the booking amount) along with the booking amount (non-refundable) will be charged as a cancellation fee and remaining sum would be refunded.

If you're canceling the trip and opting for a refund within15 Days to 8 Days of the Departure Date then only 75% of the total trip cost (calculated after subtracting the booking amount) along with the booking amount (non-refundable) will be charged as a cancellation fee and remaining sum would be refunded.

If you're canceling the trip and opting for a refund within 7 Days from the Departure Date then 100% of the total trip cost (calculated after subtracting the booking amount) along with the booking amount (non-refundable) will be charged as a cancellation fee and remaining sum would be refunded.

You are not eligible for a refund if you fail to show up on the day of departure under the given timeline that has been provided to you beforehand.
No cancellations will be taken over phone calls or WhatsApp messages. Please reply to the email of the payment receipt that you have received at the time of booking regarding the cancellation.
There would be no refund provided in case some problems occur due to government orders, harsh weather conditions, protests, landslides, or any other unforeseen circumstances.
On the occasion of any such happenings, we have a backup plan ready most of the time and we'll be moving on that. There are moments when we would have to cancel some activities mentioned in the itinerary but it's only due to the reason that we would be bound by a circumstance that is not in our control.

If a trek is called off at the last moment due to a natural calamity/unforeseen circumstances (like rain, snowfall, earthquake, landslides, strike, bandh, etc.)
then the participants would be provided with a travel voucher for the same amount that can be used within 365 days of the issuance date for any package worth the same amount.

If a trek/trip has to be aborted midway due to a natural calamity/unforeseen circumstances (like rain, snowfall, earthquake, landslides, strike, bandh, etc.). In that case, no refund would be provided.

Travel Chapes will not bear any extra expense due to any natural calamity/unforeseen circumstances (like rain, snowfall, earthquake, landslides, strike, bandh, etc.).
​
Cancellations policy differs for popular destinations and also during peak season, kindly confirm with your operator once.

Exclusions
Any payments of personal nature.
Feeds during transit.
Insurance of any type.
Unscheduled hold due to landslide.
Price Escalation due to “ Force Majeure and Evacuation charges”.
Any Airfare / Rail fare other than what is mentioned in “Inclusions” or any type of transportation.
Parking and monument entry fees during sightseeing.
Additional Costs due to Flight Cancellations, Landslides, Roadblocks, and other natural
Inclusions

Accommodation: 2 Nights in a Homestay on a triple occupancy/sharing basis. 3 Nights' accommodation in a tent on a triple sharing basis.
Transportation: Travel from Rishikesh - Joshimath - Rishikesh by Tempo Traveller/Sumo / Bolero.
Meals: All Meals from (Day 1 Dinner to Day 6 Dinner) are included.
Snacks: Morning and Evening Tea / Coffee with light snacks and soup while on the trek.
Camping logistics: Mattresses, Sleeping bags, Tent, Dining tent, Toilet tent, Sitting Stools.
Trek Leader: Trek Leader Qualified and Professional Trek captain and support staff.
Permits: All necessary fees and permits.
Trekking Equipment: Gaiters, Micro Spikes, and Rope if required.
Safety Equipment: Basic First Aid kit with Oximeter and Oxygen Cylinder.
Most importantly after completing your trek your buckets will be full of Memories.
