• Please keep in mind that during winter, heavy snowfall may restrict access to high-altitude regions in Leh Ladakh. In such cases, alternative plans will be thoughtfully arranged to ensure you still have an enriching experience. • For travellers coming from outside Delhi, we recommend booking trains or flights that arrive in Delhi by 4 PM on the trip start date. Similarly, for the trip’s conclusion, it’s advisable to book departing flights or trains leaving after 2 PM. These suggestions are made to accommodate any potential delays and ensure a smooth journey. • Please understand that various factors, including weather conditions, road accessibility, and the physical abilities of participants, can necessitate adjustments to the itinerary. Our top priority is your safety, comfort, and overall well-being, and we will make any necessary changes with these considerations in mind.

Security Deposit Information:

• A security deposit of Rs. 5,000/- per motorbike is applicable. • As per the deposit policy, this amount is refundable at the end of the trip if there is no damage or spare parts required. • The refund will be credited after 7 business days.

Health Precautions :

• Travel involves high-altitude cold desert locations in India. • Consult your personal doctors for medical awareness before traveling. • Limited medical facilities are available in remote areas; Travel Chapes is not responsible for any medical emergencies. • Support for logistics arrangement in case of emergencies can be provided (expenses borne by clients). • Prioritize physical fitness and disclose any health issues before traveling for accurate advice from our end.

Note :

• The booking amount, INR 5,000/- is non-refundable in any case. • In the event of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be cancelled. In such cases, the operator will make every effort to offer an alternative feasible activity. However, no refund will be provided for the same.
