Important Travel Advisory for All Participants
• Itinerary Adjustments : Due to factors such as extreme weather conditions, road conditions, and the physical abilities of participants, we may need to modify the itinerary. We reserve the right to make any necessary changes to ensure the safety, comfort, and overall wellbeing of our guests. • Transportation Changes Due to Weather : In the event of snowfall, the standard vehicles from Tanmarg to Gulmarg will be replaced with chained 4x4 vehicles to ensure safe and secure travel. • Age Restrictions : Our group departures are ideally suited for travelers aged 18 to 42 years, given the active nature of our itineraries. For travelers outside this age range, we offer customized trips to better meet their needs. • Visit to Drung Waterfall : The visit to Drung Waterfall will take place only if conditions permit (i.e., the waterfall is frozen). • Arrival Times : Please ensure your arrival flight lands before 12 PM, as our scheduled sightseeing tours will commence at 1 PM. • Accommodation and Itinerary Flexibility : Depending on weather conditions and hotel availability, we may switch the stay between Pahalgam and Gulmarg. This adjustment will not affect the total number of nights spent at each destination, nor will it impact the planned sightseeing activities. • Local Guidelines in Gulmarg : Following recent directives from local authorities in Gulmarg, only ATVs are allowed access to Drung Waterfall. Please note that the cost of ATV rides is not included in the package and will be an additional expense for those wishing to visit the waterfall.
