• Upon arrival, our friendly representative will be waiting for you right outside the airport exit gate, holding a placard with your name.

• Standard hotel check-in is at 2:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Late check-outs may be available upon request but could incur extra charges.

• Child age policies vary by hotel; please confirm directly with the property.

• All sightseeing tours are subject to ferry and transport schedules, so timings may vary.

• Any extra costs caused by delays, strikes, or road closures will be the responsibility of the guest.

• Indian citizens can avail of Thailand’s convenient Visa on Arrival scheme for stays up to 15 days.

• We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance—it’s better to have peace of mind than to regret it later!

• Please carry at least 5,000 THB per person in local currency to cover incidental expenses.
