Itinerary ( Delhi to Delhi )

Day 1: Delhi to Gorakhpur | Overnight Journey

 

Distance: Approximately 780 km.
Travel time: Around 12-14 hours (depending on traffic and road conditions).

  • Start for an overnight Journey from Delhi and head towards Gorakhpur.

  • Mode Of transport Sleeper Volvo bus.

Day 2: Gorakhpur to Sonauli (Nepal Border) to Lumbini

Distance: Approximately 100 km.
Travel time: Around 2-3 hours.

  • Reach Gorakhpur Early Morning Fresh and up Breakfast and drive towards the Sonauli border. which is the India-Nepal border crossing point.

  • Complete border formalities and cross over to Nepal.

  • From Sonauli drive to Lumbini, the birthplace of Lord Buddha.

  • Explore Lumbini and its sacred sites.

  • Stay overnight in Lumbini.

Day 3: Lumbini to Pokhara

​Distance: Approximately 200 km.
Travel time: About 6-8 hours (the road can be winding and mountainous).

  • After breakfast, drive to Pokhara, one of Nepal's most popular tourist destinations.

  • Enjoy the scenic drive and the beautiful landscapes along the way.

  • Arrive in Pokhara and Stay near Phewa Lake and relax by the lake.

  • Stay overnight in Pokhara.

Day 4: Explore Pokhara

 

  • After Breakfast start your day with the thrilling paragliding experience in Pokhra

  • Spend the day exploring Pokhara's attractions, including the Peace Pagoda, Davis Falls, Gupteshwor Mahadev Cave, and the International Mountain Museum.

  • Hike to the World Peace Stupa for stunning views of the city and mountains.

  • Stay another night in Pokhara.

Day 5: Pokhara to Kathmandu

​Distance: Approximately 210 km.
Travel time: About 6-8 hours (depending on road conditions).

  • Depart from Pokhara and drive to Kathmandu, the capital city of Nepal.

  • Drive through the scenic Prithvi Highway and enjoy the views of the Trishuli River and terraced fields.

  • Reach Kathmandu and check in to your accommodation.

  • Dinner and Stay overnight stay in Kathmandu.

Day 6: Explore Kathmandu

  • Spend the day exploring the rich cultural heritage of Kathmandu. 

  • Visit places like Swayambhunath Stupa (Monkey Temple), Boudhanath Stupa, Pashupatinath Temple, and Kathmandu Durbar Square.

  • If you have more time, you can explore Patan and Bhaktapur, two nearby ancient cities with their own unique charm.

  • Dinner and overnight stay in Kathmandu.

Day 7: Kathmandu to Chitwan National Park

​Distance: Approximately 175 km.

Travel time: About 5-6 hours (depending on road conditions).

  • After breakfast, drive from Kathmandu to Chitwan National Park.

  • Arrive at Chitwan National Park and check in to your accommodation.

  • Enjoy a jungle safari, birdwatching, and other activities at the park.

  • Dinner and Stay overnight in Chitwan National Park.

Day 8: Chitwan National Park to Gorakhpur

​Distance: Approximately 150 km.
Travel time: About 4-5 hours (depending on road conditions).

  • After breakfast, drive back to Gorakhpur from Chitwan National Park.

  • Cross back into India at the Sonauli border.

  • Catch an overnight bus to Delhi after freshenup.

Day 9: Delhi Arrival | Tour Ends

 

  • The group will reach Delhi early in the morning and part ways with fond memories.

  • End of tour.

Cancellation Policy

Free Cancellation up to 60 days before the departure date (Booking amount is non-refundable)

If you're canceling the trip and opting for a refund

within 59 days to 45 days of the Departure Date then only 10% of the total trip cost

(calculated after subtracting the booking amount)

along with the booking amount (non-refundable) will be charged as a cancellation fee and the remaining sum would be refunded.

If you're canceling the trip and opting for a refund within  44 Days to 30 Days of the Departure Date then only 25% of the total trip cost (calculated after subtracting the booking amount) along with the booking amount (non-refundable) will be charged as a cancellation fee and remaining sum would be refunded.

​

If you're canceling the trip and opting for a refund within 29 Days to 15 Days of the Departure Date then only 50% of the total trip cost (calculated after subtracting the booking amount) along with the booking amount (non-refundable) will be charged as a cancellation fee and remaining sum would be refunded.

​

If you're canceling the trip and opting for a refund within15 Days to 8 Days of the Departure Date then only 75% of the total trip cost (calculated after subtracting the booking amount) along with the booking amount (non-refundable) will be charged as a cancellation fee and remaining sum would be refunded.

If you're canceling the trip and opting for a refund within 7 Days from the Departure Date then 100% of the total trip cost (calculated after subtracting the booking amount) along with the booking amount (non-refundable) will be charged as a cancellation fee and remaining sum would be refunded.

​

You are not eligible for a refund if you fail to show up on the day of departure under the given timeline that has been provided to you beforehand. 

 

No cancellations will be taken over phone calls or WhatsApp messages. Please reply to the email of the payment receipt that you have received at the time of booking regarding the cancellation.

 

There would be no refund provided in case some problems occur due to government orders, harsh weather conditions, protests, landslides, or any other unforeseen circumstances.

 

On the occasion of any such happenings, we have a backup plan ready most of the time and we'll be moving on that. There are moments when we would have to cancel some activities mentioned in the itinerary but it's only due to the reason that we would be bound by a circumstance that is not in our control.

​

 If a trek is called off at the last moment due to a natural calamity/unforeseen circumstances (like rain, snowfall, earthquake, landslides, strike, bandh, etc.)

 

then the participants would be provided with a travel voucher for the same amount that can be used within 365 days of the issuance date for any package worth the same amount.

​

If a trek/trip has to be aborted midway due to a natural calamity/unforeseen circumstances (like rain, snowfall, earthquake, landslides, strike, bandh, etc.). In that case, no refund would be provided.

​

Travel Chapes will not bear any extra expense due to any natural calamity/unforeseen circumstances (like rain, snowfall, earthquake, landslides, strike, bandh, etc.).

​

Cancellations policy differs for popular destinations and also during peak season, kindly confirm with your operator once.

  • Any additional expenses such as of personal nature.

  • Additional accommodation/food costs incurred due to any delayed travel.

  • Any lunch and other meals not mentioned in Package Inclusions.

  • Any Airfare / Rail fare other than what is mentioned in “Inclusions” or any type of transportation.

  • Parking and monument entry fees during sightseeing.

  • Additional Costs due to Flight Cancellations, Landslides, Roadblocks, and other natural
