Day 1: Depart from Delhi to Bir - Kickstart the Journey

• At 07:00 PM, we gather at the designated pickup point, ready to kick off an epic journey.
• Our trip leader sets the stage for our adventure during a quick and engaging tour briefing session.
• With the excitement building, we hit the road for an overnight journey to Bir, where the real fun begins.
Day 2: Arrival in Bir | Gunehar Waterfall | Local Sightseeing
• We rise and shine in Bir, a serene village that’s Insta-worthy at every corner.
• Our day starts with a visit to the awe-inspiring Gunehar Waterfall, a must-have for your social media feed.
• As the day unfolds, we dive into the local attractions of Bir, including tranquil Tibetan monasteries, and local market – the perfect blend of culture and tranquility.
Day 3: Bir to Billing | Paragliding | Leave for Kasol

• After a hearty breakfast, we’re set for a thrilling adventure as we head to Billing, the ultimate paragliding hotspot.
• We take flight and soar through the skies, capturing exhilarating moments and stunning views From Asia’s highest paragliding spot, that’ll surely make your followers jealous.
• Once back on solid ground, we hit the road to Kasol, a
millennial haven, where we’ll spend the night.
Day 4: Kasol to Manali via Manikaran | Chalal Hike

• Fuel up with a delicious breakfast we embark on a scenic hike to Chalal, a hidden gem known for its natural beauty and peaceful vibes.
• Later we head toward Manikaran, which is famous for its hot springs and offers the perfect blend of spirituality and relaxation.
• In the afternoon, our inner adventurers are awakened as our journey continues, leading us to Manali, where we’ll chill out and recharge for the night.
Day 5: Manali to Sissu | Solang Valley Adventure

• Start your day with an early morning breakfast, because we’re heading to Solang Valley, a paradise for adventure seekers.
• Upon arrival, choose from a lot of thrill-packed activities like Zorbing, Skiing, and ATV rides – because FOMO is not an option.
• We’ll also journey through the iconic Atal Tunnel and make a stop in the picturesque Sissu Valley in Lahaul.
• After a day filled with adrenaline and stunning views, we wrap it up with a scrumptious dinner & and an epic night out.
NOTE: Please note that the visit to Atal Tunnel/Sissu is subject to time and weather conditions.
Day 6: Manali Local sightseeing | Hidimba Devi | River Rafting

• After an amazing breakfast, our exploration of Manali takes us to the sacred Hadimba Devi Temple, a stunning wooden structure that’s a millennial photo dream.
• In the afternoon, the excitement continues as we hit the river for some epic river rafting, a memory that’ll last a lifetime.
• But don’t worry, we’re not done yet – we’re headed back to Delhi in style, making this journey truly unforgettable.
Day 7: Delhi Arrival - Bid Farewell with Cherished Memories
• We’ll reach Delhi early in the morning.
• Part ways with your fellow travelers, carrying unforgettable memories from the trip.
• The journey comes to a close, but the memories will last a lifetime.

Cancellation Policy
Free Cancellation up to 60 days before the departure date (Booking amount is non-refundable)

If you're canceling the trip and opting for a refund
within 59 days to 45 days of the Departure Date then only 10% of the total trip cost
(calculated after subtracting the booking amount)
along with the booking amount (non-refundable) will be charged as a cancellation fee and the remaining sum would be refunded.

If you're canceling the trip and opting for a refund within 44 Days to 30 Days of the Departure Date then only 25% of the total trip cost (calculated after subtracting the booking amount) along with the booking amount (non-refundable) will be charged as a cancellation fee and remaining sum would be refunded.

If you're canceling the trip and opting for a refund within 29 Days to 15 Days of the Departure Date then only 50% of the total trip cost (calculated after subtracting the booking amount) along with the booking amount (non-refundable) will be charged as a cancellation fee and remaining sum would be refunded.

If you're canceling the trip and opting for a refund within15 Days to 8 Days of the Departure Date then only 75% of the total trip cost (calculated after subtracting the booking amount) along with the booking amount (non-refundable) will be charged as a cancellation fee and remaining sum would be refunded.

If you're canceling the trip and opting for a refund within 7 Days from the Departure Date then 100% of the total trip cost (calculated after subtracting the booking amount) along with the booking amount (non-refundable) will be charged as a cancellation fee and remaining sum would be refunded.

You are not eligible for a refund if you fail to show up on the day of departure under the given timeline that has been provided to you beforehand.
No cancellations will be taken over phone calls or WhatsApp messages. Please reply to the email of the payment receipt that you have received at the time of booking regarding the cancellation.
There would be no refund provided in case some problems occur due to government orders, harsh weather conditions, protests, landslides, or any other unforeseen circumstances.
On the occasion of any such happenings, we have a backup plan ready most of the time and we'll be moving on that. There are moments when we would have to cancel some activities mentioned in the itinerary but it's only due to the reason that we would be bound by a circumstance that is not in our control.

If a trek is called off at the last moment due to a natural calamity/unforeseen circumstances (like rain, snowfall, earthquake, landslides, strike, bandh, etc.)
then the participants would be provided with a travel voucher for the same amount that can be used within 365 days of the issuance date for any package worth the same amount.

If a trek/trip has to be aborted midway due to a natural calamity/unforeseen circumstances (like rain, snowfall, earthquake, landslides, strike, bandh, etc.). In that case, no refund would be provided.
​
Travel Chapes will not bear any extra expense due to any natural calamity/unforeseen circumstances (like rain, snowfall, earthquake, landslides, strike, bandh, etc.).
​
Cancellations policy differs for popular destinations and also during peak season, kindly confirm with your operator once.

Any lunch and other meals not mentioned in Package Inclusions.
Any Airfare / Rail fare other than what is mentioned in “Inclusions” or any type of transportation.
Parking and monument entry fees during sightseeing.
