Itinerary ( Delhi to Delhi )
Day 1: Delhi to Manali | Overnight Travel

The Travellers assemble at the pick-up point by 18:00.
We'll meet the Trip Leader and a small tour briefing would also be provided.
After which, we’ll head out on an overnight journey to TRIP TO HIMACHAL.
Day 2: Reach Manali | Manali Sightseeing | Day for enjoying

We'll reach Manali in the morning.
Check-In, we'll move for Manali Sightseeing Tour, which will include visiting Hadimba Temple, Mall Road, and Cafe hopping.
Dinner will be served in the Night followed by an overnight stay in Manali.
Day 3: Manali to Solang Valley to Sissu via Atul Tunnel

After an early breakfast, we'll lead out for Solang Valley.
On reaching Solang Valley, we can enjoy winter adventure activities such as skiing, parachuting, paragliding, trekking, mountaineering, ATV Ride, Zipline, and more.
After spending some time in Solong valley we will start our journey to sissu in between of that we also going to visit Atul Tunnel.
Dinner will be served at Night followed by an overnight stay in Manali.
*Visiting to Sissu and Atul Tunnel depend on Weather Condition.
Day 4: Manali to Kasol | Chalal Trek | Kasol Sightseeing

After breakfast, we'll start our trip to Kasol.
We'll reach our Kasol late in the afternoon.
Check-in, we'll head off Chalal Trek.
Dinner will be provided at the night followed by an overnight stay in Kasol.
Day 5: Kasol to Jibhi | Jibhi Sightseeing Day

After breakfast, we'll move out from Kasol and start our journey to Jibhi.
Halfway through our journey, we'll visit Manikaran.
After reaching Jibhi, first, we'll check in our Hotels.
Dinner will be provided in the night followed by an overnight stay in Jibhi.
Day 6: Jibhi to Jalori pass to Sirolsar Lake | Aut to Delhi | Overnight Journey

After breakfast, we'll move off to the Jalori Pass and do the small trek to Sirolsar Lake.
Finally, the Trip at the end of the day by heading out for Bhuntar/Aut and boarding an overnight bus for Delhi from there.
Day 7: Reach Delhi | Tour Ends

We'll reach Delhi early in the morning.

Cancellation Policy
Free Cancellation up to 60 days before the departure date (Booking amount is non-refundable)

If you're canceling the trip and opting for a refund
within 59 days to 45 days of the Departure Date then only 10% of the total trip cost
(calculated after subtracting the booking amount)
along with the booking amount (non-refundable) will be charged as a cancellation fee and the remaining sum would be refunded.

If you're canceling the trip and opting for a refund within 44 Days to 30 Days of the Departure Date then only 25% of the total trip cost (calculated after subtracting the booking amount) along with the booking amount (non-refundable) will be charged as a cancellation fee and remaining sum would be refunded.

If you're canceling the trip and opting for a refund within 29 Days to 15 Days of the Departure Date then only 50% of the total trip cost (calculated after subtracting the booking amount) along with the booking amount (non-refundable) will be charged as a cancellation fee and remaining sum would be refunded.

If you're canceling the trip and opting for a refund within15 Days to 8 Days of the Departure Date then only 75% of the total trip cost (calculated after subtracting the booking amount) along with the booking amount (non-refundable) will be charged as a cancellation fee and remaining sum would be refunded.

If you're canceling the trip and opting for a refund within 7 Days from the Departure Date then 100% of the total trip cost (calculated after subtracting the booking amount) along with the booking amount (non-refundable) will be charged as a cancellation fee and remaining sum would be refunded.

You are not eligible for a refund if you fail to show up on the day of departure under the given timeline that has been provided to you beforehand.
No cancellations will be taken over phone calls or WhatsApp messages. Please reply to the email of the payment receipt that you have received at the time of booking regarding the cancellation.
There would be no refund provided in case some problems occur due to government orders, harsh weather conditions, protests, landslides, or any other unforeseen circumstances.
On the occasion of any such happenings, we have a backup plan ready most of the time and we'll be moving on that. There are moments when we would have to cancel some activities mentioned in the itinerary but it's only due to the reason that we would be bound by a circumstance that is not in our control.

If a trek is called off at the last moment due to a natural calamity/unforeseen circumstances (like rain, snowfall, earthquake, landslides, strike, bandh, etc.)
then the participants would be provided with a travel voucher for the same amount that can be used within 365 days of the issuance date for any package worth the same amount.

If a trek/trip has to be aborted midway due to a natural calamity/unforeseen circumstances (like rain, snowfall, earthquake, landslides, strike, bandh, etc.). In that case, no refund would be provided.
​
Travel Chapes will not bear any extra expense due to any natural calamity/unforeseen circumstances (like rain, snowfall, earthquake, landslides, strike, bandh, etc.).
​
Cancellations policy differs for popular destinations and also during peak season, kindly confirm with your operator once.

Early check-in at the hotel.
Any additional expenses such as of personal nature.
Additional accommodation/food costs incurred due to any delayed travel.
Any lunch and other meals not mentioned in Package Inclusions.
Any Airfare / Rail fare other than what is mentioned in “Inclusions” or any type of transportation.
Parking and monument entry fees during sightseeing.
Additional Costs due to Flight Cancellations, Landslides, Roadblocks, and other natural

• Local transportation in a comfortable Tempo Traveler for sightseeing.
• Accommodations on a shared basis as per the itinerary.
