1st Day : Delhi to Manali | Overnight Journey


The group will gather at the pick-up point by 07:00 PM.
We will meet the trip leader and a small tour briefing session will be conducted.
After which, we will head out on an overnight journey to Manali
The pickup point would be Majnu Ka Tila.

2nd Day: Manali Sightseeing

 

Check-in Hotels
After Breakfast, explore famous places in manali like:- Mall Road, old Manali, Hidimba Devi temple, and Cafes. Back to your hotel & overnight stay followed by the dinner.

Dinner was heeded by an overnight stay in Manali.

3rd Day : Manali to Kaza via (Atal Tunnel ) 

​

​After breakfast, we will lead towards our journey for the heaven of Himachal
Pradesh via Atal Tunnel.
Cross the world's longest highest tunnel @10000 ft. above sea level and experience butterflies in your stomach to see the other side of the tunnel. Cross through KUNZUM PASS, One of the highest Motorable pass in the world divine place on earth surrounded by the grandeur of the Himalaya's. Reach Kaza in the
evening, have some rest later explore local cafe's or market in
kaza, overnightstay followed by the dinner.

4th Day: Kaza Sightseeing ( HIKKIM, KOMIK, LANGZA )

 

After early morning breakfast, we will head towards the beautiful view of Kaza.
Time to explore some offbeat places.
LANGZA BUDDHA the breathtaking landscapes, the presence of a big, 1000-year-old lord Buddha Statue in the meadow makes Langza heavenly beautiful. HIKKIM Village is populary known for the HIghest post office in the world and the highest polling station in the world. along with this visit KOMIC, where we can hunt for Marine fossiles. come back to hotel at Kaza. Overnight stay with delicious
dinner.

5th Day: Kaza Sightseeing Day ( Mudh valley, Pin Valley, Tabo Monastery )

​

Post breakfast, , we will heading towards Pin Valley to experience most beautiful Landscapes. later we will be visiting Mudh Village, which is the last village of Pin valley and later we will visiting Tabo Monastery. Overnight Stay in Tabo/Kaza,
Followed by dinner.

Check-in at Tabo/Kaza, followed by dinner and overnight stay.

6th Day: Kaza Sightseeing to Chandratal ( KEY, KIBBER, CHICHAM )

 

After breakfast, visit highest bridge in the world, CHICHAM BRIDGE, click pictures and head for Kibber and Key Monesteries. The heavily fortified capital kingdom of GONDOR, key monastary at the height of 13500 ft. Later we will head to CHANDRATAL. Post-check-in, we'll be visiting CHANDRATAL
LAKE. you can feast your eyes on the unparalleled beauty of this landscape. The clear blue sky and the rugged brown rolling mountains, almost treeless, from a picture-perfect Images. this landscape goes on for miles interspersed with lush green meadows, and the sparkling Chandratalriver down below.
Dinner will be served followed by overnightstay.

*Staying in Chandra Taal depends on weather conditions and Permits.

7th Day: Chandratal to Manali

​

After early morning breakfast, we will head to Manali. Midway, we'll visit the Kunzum Pass for a sightseeing tour.

After reaching Manali will departure for Delhi

8th Day: Delhi Arrival | Tour Ends
 

The group will reach Delhi early in the morning and part ways with fond memories.

End of tour.

Cancellation Policy

Free Cancellation up to 60 days before the departure date (Booking amount is non-refundable)

If you're canceling the trip and opting for a refund

within 59 days to 45 days of the Departure Date then only 10% of the total trip cost

(calculated after subtracting the booking amount)

along with the booking amount (non-refundable) will be charged as a cancellation fee and the remaining sum would be refunded.

​

If you're canceling the trip and opting for a refund within  44 Days to 30 Days of the Departure Date then only 25% of the total trip cost (calculated after subtracting the booking amount) along with the booking amount (non-refundable) will be charged as a cancellation fee and remaining sum would be refunded.

​

If you're canceling the trip and opting for a refund within 29 Days to 15 Days of the Departure Date then only 50% of the total trip cost (calculated after subtracting the booking amount) along with the booking amount (non-refundable) will be charged as a cancellation fee and remaining sum would be refunded.

​

If you're canceling the trip and opting for a refund within15 Days to 8 Days of the Departure Date then only 75% of the total trip cost (calculated after subtracting the booking amount) along with the booking amount (non-refundable) will be charged as a cancellation fee and remaining sum would be refunded.

​

If you're canceling the trip and opting for a refund within 7 Days from the Departure Date then 100% of the total trip cost (calculated after subtracting the booking amount) along with the booking amount (non-refundable) will be charged as a cancellation fee and remaining sum would be refunded.

​

You are not eligible for a refund if you fail to show up on the day of departure under the given timeline that has been provided to you beforehand. 

 

No cancellations will be taken over phone calls or WhatsApp messages. Please reply to the email of the payment receipt that you have received at the time of booking regarding the cancellation.

 

There would be no refund provided in case some problems occur due to government orders, harsh weather conditions, protests, landslides, or any other unforeseen circumstances.

 

On the occasion of any such happenings, we have a backup plan ready most of the time and we'll be moving on that. There are moments when we would have to cancel some activities mentioned in the itinerary but it's only due to the reason that we would be bound by a circumstance that is not in our control.

​

 If a trek is called off at the last moment due to a natural calamity/unforeseen circumstances (like rain, snowfall, earthquake, landslides, strike, bandh, etc.)

 

then the participants would be provided with a travel voucher for the same amount that can be used within 365 days of the issuance date for any package worth the same amount.

​

If a trek/trip has to be aborted midway due to a natural calamity/unforeseen circumstances (like rain, snowfall, earthquake, landslides, strike, bandh, etc.). In that case, no refund would be provided.

​

Travel Chapes will not bear any extra expense due to any natural calamity/unforeseen circumstances (like rain, snowfall, earthquake, landslides, strike, bandh, etc.).

​

Cancellations policy differs for popular destinations and also during peak season, kindly confirm with your operator once.
