1st Day: Delhi to Shimla | Overnight Journey 

 

2nd Day: Shimla to Chitkul/Sangla 

 

3rd Day: Chitkul/Sangla to Nako via Raksham and Kamru Fort

SPECIAL BATCH

Itinerary ( Delhi to Delhi )

Day 1: Delhi to Shimla | Overnight Journey 

  • Meet up at the designated pickup point by 08:40 PM.

  • A brief tour briefing session with your trip leader.

  • Depart for an overnight journey to Shimla.

  • Pickup point: Majnu Ka Tila.

Day 2: Shimla to Chitkul/Sangla

  • Depart for Chitkul/Sangla, renowned as the last village in India.

  • En route, savor stunning views of mountains, valleys, and meadows.

  • Arrive in Chitkul and check into your rooms.

  • Get ready for the Christmas Eve with a bonfire and Music

  • Enjoy a delicious dinner and spend the night in Chitkul.

3rd Day: Chitkul/Sangla to Nako via Raksham and Kamru Fort

  • After breakfast, journey to Nako, famous for its Star Lake.

  • If weather permits, catch a glimpse of Chitkul Peak en route.

  • we will also visit Akhari Dhada of India and the Indo-China border.
  • En route to Nako, pass through Malling Nala, and visit Nako Monastery.

  • Check-in, have dinner, and rest in Nako.

Day 4: Nako to Rangrik Via Gue Monastery and Lingti Waterfall

  • After an early breakfast, before heading towards Rangrik.

  • Hike to Chos Khor and walk on the frozen lake of Nako

  • Visit Gue Monastery to see the intriguing Monk mummy.

  • In route Gue to Rangrik we will take a halt at Frozen Lingti Waterfall

  • Check-in at your Stay in Rangrik, offering a fantastic view of the night of Key Monastery.

Day 5: Rangrik to Kaza (Key, Kibber, Chicham and Tashigang) 

  • Enjoy breakfast and proceed to Kaza.

  • Explore Key Monastery, the awe-inspiring Chicham Bridge (Asia's Highest Bridge), and Kibber Village, known as the second home for Snow leopards.

  • After this we will visit a village of 33 Members, Tashigang is also the capital of Ibex.

  • Check-in at Kaza, savor dinner, and spend the night.

Day 6: Spiti Sightseeing Day ( Hikkim, Komik, Langza and Kakti Village)

  • After breakfast, embark on your Spiti sightseeing tour.

  • Visit Hikkim, home to the world's highest post office.

  • Drive to Komic village, one of the world's highest motorable road.

  • Explore Langza Village and marvel at the iconic Buddha statue.

  • Next, we will visit Kakti Village, the world’s smallest village, which is home to a single family of five, making it a unique and intimate glimpse into the region's remote and solitary way of life.

  • Return to Kaza for dinner and a comfortable overnight stay.

7th Day: Kaza to Tabo via Dhankar, Pin Valley, and Lalung Village

  • After breakfast, we will head towards Dhankar which is known for its ancient Fort; and spend some time exploring it.

  • We will head towards our next terminus, Pin Valley.

  • Bring some warm clothing, as Lalung Village can get chilly in the evenings.

  • Make arrangements for accommodations in Tabo in advance.

8th Day: Tabo to Kalpa via Reckong Peo

  • After Breakfast, take the breathtaking views of the Tabo mountains and go for a mediation session in Tabo Caves..

  • Before starting a journey visit Tabo monastery. 

  • Buy souvenirs for your love once from Monastery Market.

  • Over Night stay in Kalpa.

9th Day: Kalpa to Badhal via Kalpa Suicide Point

  • After breakfast, be ready to visit viewpoints like Kalpa Suicide Point, and follow safety guidelines.

  • Enjoy the serene environment and take in the scenic beauty.

  • Respect the local flora and fauna, and avoid littering.

  • Start your journey to Badhal

  • After reaching Badhal stay, and get ready for the new year party.

  • Dinner will be served and an overnight Stay in Badhal

10th Day: Badhal to Shimla via Bhima Devi Temple

  • After breakfast, be ready to visit viewpoints like Kalpa Suicide Point.

  • Enjoy the serene environment and take in the scenic beauty.

  • Respect the local flora and fauna, and avoid littering.

  • Start your journey to Badhal

  • ​Dinner will be served and overnight Stay in Badhal

11th Day: Delhi Arrival | Tour Ends 

  • Arrive in Delhi early in the morning and bid farewell with cherished memories.

  • End of tour.

Cancellation Policy

Free Cancellation up to 60 days before the departure date (Booking amount is non-refundable)

If you're canceling the trip and opting for a refund

within 59 days to 45 days of the Departure Date then only 10% of the total trip cost

(calculated after subtracting the booking amount)

along with the booking amount (non-refundable) will be charged as a cancellation fee and the remaining sum would be refunded.

If you're canceling the trip and opting for a refund within  44 Days to 30 Days of the Departure Date then only 25% of the total trip cost (calculated after subtracting the booking amount) along with the booking amount (non-refundable) will be charged as a cancellation fee and remaining sum would be refunded.

If you're canceling the trip and opting for a refund within 29 Days to 15 Days of the Departure Date then only 50% of the total trip cost (calculated after subtracting the booking amount) along with the booking amount (non-refundable) will be charged as a cancellation fee and remaining sum would be refunded.

If you're canceling the trip and opting for a refund within15 Days to 8 Days of the Departure Date then only 75% of the total trip cost (calculated after subtracting the booking amount) along with the booking amount (non-refundable) will be charged as a cancellation fee and remaining sum would be refunded.

If you're canceling the trip and opting for a refund within 7 Days from the Departure Date then 100% of the total trip cost (calculated after subtracting the booking amount) along with the booking amount (non-refundable) will be charged as a cancellation fee and remaining sum would be refunded.

You are not eligible for a refund if you fail to show up on the day of departure under the given timeline that has been provided to you beforehand. 

 

No cancellations will be taken over phone calls or WhatsApp messages. Please reply to the email of the payment receipt that you have received at the time of booking regarding the cancellation.

 

There would be no refund provided in case some problems occur due to government orders, harsh weather conditions, protests, landslides, or any other unforeseen circumstances.

 

On the occasion of any such happenings, we have a backup plan ready most of the time and we'll be moving on that. There are moments when we would have to cancel some activities mentioned in the itinerary but it's only due to the reason that we would be bound by a circumstance that is not in our control.

​

 If a trek is called off at the last moment due to a natural calamity/unforeseen circumstances (like rain, snowfall, earthquake, landslides, strike, bandh, etc.)

 

then the participants would be provided with a travel voucher for the same amount that can be used within 365 days of the issuance date for any package worth the same amount.

​

If a trek/trip has to be aborted midway due to a natural calamity/unforeseen circumstances (like rain, snowfall, earthquake, landslides, strike, bandh, etc.). In that case, no refund would be provided.

​

Travel Chapes will not bear any extra expense due to any natural calamity/unforeseen circumstances (like rain, snowfall, earthquake, landslides, strike, bandh, etc.).

​

Cancellations policy differs for popular destinations and also during peak season, kindly confirm with your operator once.
