Short Itinerary

1st Day:  Manali Arrival | Drive to Jobra | Trek from Jobra to Chika

2nd Day: Chika to Balu Ka Ghera Trek

 

3rd Day: Balu Ka Ghera to Siagoru Trek via Hampta Pass Peak

 

4th Day: Siagoru to Chatru Trek | Chatru to Chandratal Lake Drive and Back

 

5th Day: Drive from Chatru to Manali

Itinerary ( Manali to Manali  )

1st Day : Manali Arrival | Drive to Jobra | Trek from Jobra to Chika 

​

The group will assemble at the pick-up point by 10:40 AM where a briefing session by the trip Captain will be. After which, we’ll head towards Jobra which is the base camp for the Hampta Pass trek ( 9,396 ft. ) 

​

We will start our drive from Manali to Jobra which will take 45 mins. After relaxing for a while, we'll start our trek toward Chika

 

After reaching Chika, We will set up camp and experience the beautiful view of the valley. Dinner will be served in the evening followed by an overnight stay in Chika.

 

The pick-up point would be Manali Mall Road (tentative). 

If you arrive in Manali, one day before, it will help your body adapt better to the altitude and weather.

2nd Day: Chika to Balu Ka Ghera Trek

​

After sunrise breakfast, we will head towards Balu Ka Ghera. The beauty of this valley is that you get to witness the magic of nature in the form of beautiful landscapes. you get the flowing Jwara river seemingly following your footsteps, while the mighty Dhauladhar ranges beckon you closer. A stream of a waterfall would be waiting amidst the green canopies.

Chika to Balu Ka Ghera will take somewhere around 6 hours to complete. After reaching we will set camp among the mountains beyond which the Hampta pass awaits us. In the evening, we will have dinner and spend a night under the starry skies.

3rd Day: Balu Ka Ghera to Siagoru Trek via Hampta Pass Peak

After breakfast, we will head toward our next camping site which is 

Sia Goru. 

 

En route, we will be crossing through Hampta Pass which is a beautiful trail with a river flowing through it. Blossoming flowers of different colors and rainbows are straddled at the bank making it a sight to behold. You will also get to see the Deo Tibba peak.

 

After enjoying the view at Hampta Pass, A trail with twistings and turns will lead you to the valley, and after walking for a while, you will finally reach the base.

 

Dinner will be served in the evening followed by an overnight stay at Sia Goru Campsite.

4th Day: Siagoru to Chatru | Chatru to Chandratal Lake Drive and Back

 

After morning breakfast we will start our downhill trek towards Chatru.Once we reach Chatru, we'll drive towards Chandratal Lake which is a beautiful lake located 45 kilometers away from the Chatru campsite.

After relishing in the beauty of Chandratal Lake, we'll head back to Chatru where we will set up base camp. Dinner will be served in the evening followed by an overnight stay at Chatru Campsite.

 

*The Chandratal Lake visit would only be possible if the weather allows it.

5th Day: Drive from Chatru to Manali 

​

After early morning tea and breakfast, we will start our return journey and drive from Chatru to Manali via Solang Valley. You also cross through the Iconic Atal Tunnel which itself makes the drive extremely rewarding.

 

Upon reaching Manali, the group will dissemble and part ways with fond memories.

Cancellation Policy

Free Cancellation up to 60 days before the departure date (Booking amount is non-refundable)

​

If you're canceling the trip and opting for a refund

within 59 days to 45 days of the Departure Date then only 10% of the total trip cost

(calculated after subtracting the booking amount)

along with the booking amount (non-refundable) will be charged as a cancellation fee and the remaining sum would be refunded.

​

If you're canceling the trip and opting for a refund within  44 Days to 30 Days of the Departure Date then only 25% of the total trip cost (calculated after subtracting the booking amount) along with the booking amount (non-refundable) will be charged as a cancellation fee and remaining sum would be refunded.

​

If you're canceling the trip and opting for a refund within 29 Days to 15 Days of the Departure Date then only 50% of the total trip cost (calculated after subtracting the booking amount) along with the booking amount (non-refundable) will be charged as a cancellation fee and remaining sum would be refunded.

​

If you're canceling the trip and opting for a refund within15 Days to 8 Days of the Departure Date then only 75% of the total trip cost (calculated after subtracting the booking amount) along with the booking amount (non-refundable) will be charged as a cancellation fee and remaining sum would be refunded.

​

If you're canceling the trip and opting for a refund within 7 Days from the Departure Date then 100% of the total trip cost (calculated after subtracting the booking amount) along with the booking amount (non-refundable) will be charged as a cancellation fee and remaining sum would be refunded.

​

You are not eligible for a refund if you fail to show up on the day of departure under the given timeline that has been provided to you beforehand. 

 

No cancellations will be taken over phone calls or WhatsApp messages. Please reply to the email of the payment receipt that you have received at the time of booking regarding the cancellation.

 

There would be no refund provided in case some problems occur due to government orders, harsh weather conditions, protests, landslides, or any other unforeseen circumstances.

 

On the occasion of any such happenings, we have a backup plan ready most of the time and we'll be moving on that. There are moments when we would have to cancel some activities mentioned in the itinerary but it's only due to the reason that we would be bound by a circumstance that is not in our control.

​

 If a trek is called off at the last moment due to a natural calamity/unforeseen circumstances (like rain, snowfall, earthquake, landslides, strike, bandh, etc.)

 

then the participants would be provided with a travel voucher for the same amount that can be used within 365 days of the issuance date for any package worth the same amount.

​

If a trek/trip has to be aborted midway due to a natural calamity/unforeseen circumstances (like rain, snowfall, earthquake, landslides, strike, bandh, etc.). In that case, no refund would be provided.

​

Travel Chapes will not bear any extra expense due to any natural calamity/unforeseen circumstances (like rain, snowfall, earthquake, landslides, strike, bandh, etc.).

​

Cancellations policy differs for popular destinations and also during peak season, kindly confirm with your operator once.

Inclusions

 

Accommodation: 4 Nights in Camps on a triple occupancy/sharing basis.

Transportation: Travel from Manali - Manali by. Tempo Traveller/Sumo / Bolero.

Meals: All Meals from (Day 1 Dinner to Day 5 Dinner) are included.

Snacks: Morning and Evening Tea / Coffee with light snacks and soup while on the trek.

Camping logistics: Mattresses, Sleeping bags, Tent, Dining tent, Toilet tent, Sitting Stools.

Trek Leader: Trek Leader Qualified and Professional Trek captain and support staff.

Permits: All necessary fees and permits.

Trekking Equipment: Gaiters, Micro Spikes, and Rope if required.

Safety Equipment: Basic First Aid kit with Oximeter and Oxygen Cylinder.

Most importantly after completing your trek your buckets will be full of Memories.

Exclusions

 

Any payments of personal nature.
Feeds during transit.
Insurance of any type. 
Unscheduled hold due to landslide.
Price Escalation due to “ Force Majeure and Evacuation charges”.

Any Airfare / Rail fare other than what is mentioned in “Inclusions” or any type of transportation.

Parking and monument entry fees during sightseeing.

Additional Costs due to Flight Cancellations, Landslides, Roadblocks, and other natural
