Short Itinerary
1st Day: Drive from Delhi to Chopta via Rishikesh (450 KM drive)

2nd Day: Reach Chopta and Check in to Camps

3rd Day: Trek from Chopta to Tungnath Chandrashila
​
4th Day: Chopta to Sari to Deoriatal and Back to Delhi
​
5th Day: Reach Delhi In Morning.

Itinerary ( Delhi to Delhi )
1st Day: Drive from Delhi to Chopta via Rishikesh (450 KM drive)
​
The group will assemble at the pickup point at 09:00 PM.
​
Afterward, You'll be introduced to the team captains and the whole group.
​
We'll start for an overnight journey towards Chopta Via Rishikesh around 09:00 PM.
​
We'll take a mid-way stoppage at Modinagar for Dinner.
The pickup point would be Akshardham Metro Station.
2nd Day: Reach Chopta and Check in to Camps
We'll be reaching Chopta by the Afternoon.
Upon reaching, we'll check into our campsite and freshen up.
After that, lunch will be served.
The rest of the day is at leisure and you'll be free to explore local markets and more.
Dinner will be served in the evening followed by an overnight stay at Chopta Campsite.
3rd Day : Trek from Chopta to Tungnath Chandrashila

We'll have an early breakfast as today will be the day we trek mainly.
Afterward, we'll start to trek up from Chopta, which is the starting point of the trek.
The first checkpoint will be covered upon reaching Tungnath Temple.
We'll have packed lunch in midway sometime after we resume trekking again.

The second checkpoint for the day will be Chandrashila Top.
Lastly, we'll trek down to Chopta once again and be back in our campsite.
​
Post-check-in, dinner will be served followed by an overnight stay in Chopta Campsite.
4th Day: Chopta to Sari to Deoriatal and Back to Delhi
We'll start with an early breakfast followed by checking out of the campsite.
​
Afterward, we'll drive to Sari Village, which is the starting point of Deoriatal Trek.
Upon reaching, we'll start for the Deoriatal Trek and upon completing the trek, be back again at the Sari Village.
​
Lastly, we'll board again for Delhi for an overnight journey in the Afternoon.
​
5th Day: Delhi Arrival | Tour Ends
​
The group will reach Delhi early in the morning and part ways with fond memories.
End of tour.
Cancellation Policy
Free Cancellation up to 60 days before the departure date (Booking amount is non-refundable)

If you're canceling the trip and opting for a refund
within 59 days to 45 days of the Departure Date then only 10% of the total trip cost
(calculated after subtracting the booking amount)
along with the booking amount (non-refundable) will be charged as a cancellation fee and the remaining sum would be refunded.

If you're canceling the trip and opting for a refund within 44 Days to 30 Days of the Departure Date then only 25% of the total trip cost (calculated after subtracting the booking amount) along with the booking amount (non-refundable) will be charged as a cancellation fee and remaining sum would be refunded.
​
If you're canceling the trip and opting for a refund within 29 Days to 15 Days of the Departure Date then only 50% of the total trip cost (calculated after subtracting the booking amount) along with the booking amount (non-refundable) will be charged as a cancellation fee and remaining sum would be refunded.

If you're canceling the trip and opting for a refund within15 Days to 8 Days of the Departure Date then only 75% of the total trip cost (calculated after subtracting the booking amount) along with the booking amount (non-refundable) will be charged as a cancellation fee and remaining sum would be refunded.
If you're canceling the trip and opting for a refund within 7 Days from the Departure Date then 100% of the total trip cost (calculated after subtracting the booking amount) along with the booking amount (non-refundable) will be charged as a cancellation fee and remaining sum would be refunded.

You are not eligible for a refund if you fail to show up on the day of departure under the given timeline that has been provided to you beforehand.
No cancellations will be taken over phone calls or WhatsApp messages. Please reply to the email of the payment receipt that you have received at the time of booking regarding the cancellation.
There would be no refund provided in case some problems occur due to government orders, harsh weather conditions, protests, landslides, or any other unforeseen circumstances. On the occasion of any such happenings, we have a backup plan ready most of the time and we'll be moving on that. There are moments when we would have to cancel some activities mentioned in the itinerary but it's only due to the reason that we would be bound by a circumstance that is not in our control.

If a trek is called off at the last moment due to a natural calamity/unforeseen circumstances (like rain, snowfall, earthquake, landslides, strike, bandh, etc.)

If a trek/trip has to be aborted midway due to a natural calamity/unforeseen circumstances (like rain, snowfall, earthquake, landslides, strike, bandh, etc.). In that case, no refund would be provided.
Travel Chapes will not bear any extra expense due to any natural calamity/unforeseen circumstances (like rain, snowfall, earthquake, landslides, strike, bandh, etc.).

Cancellations policy differs for popular destinations and also during peak season, kindly confirm with your operator once.

Additional Costs due to Flight Cancellations, Landslides, Roadblocks, and other natural
Camps Heater Charges.
