1st Day: Delhi to Pantwari Village via Mussoorrie
​
We assemble outside Akshardham Metro Station/Kashmere Gate ISBT, New Delhi by 9 PM.
​
After the initial introduction with the group, we start our journey to Pantwari village, which is the starting point of the Nag tibbaTrek.
2nd Day: Pantwari Village to Base Camp
We arrive at Pantwari by around 9 AM in the morning. After a short break, we start our trek to Nag Tibba base campsite.
​
The distance from Pantwari to Nag Mandir Campsite is around 5.5 km. The initial Nag Tibba trek passes through a goat village and then continues on the spur of the mountain.
The rest of the trek goes through a dense forest of rhododendron and a small bugyal or meadow. The complete Nag Tibba trek is on an even surface except for some stretches.
It takes around 4-5 hours to reach the campsite.
After arriving at the campsite, relax and get freshen up.

Dinner will be served followed by an overnight stay at the campsite.
3rd Day : Nag Tibba Basecamp to Nag Tibba Summit and Nag Devta temple

The day starts with a steep trek to the summit of Nag Tibba.
​
The Nag Tibba summit is situated 3 km from Nag Mandir. I
t takes around 2-3 hours to reach the summit depending on the snow on the trail.
At the top, enjoy the panoramic views of Himalayan peaks such as Trishul, Nanda Devi, Srikanth, Swargarohini, Black Peak, Banderpooch, and others.

After all this, we trek back to Nag Mandir campsite. We have our lunch there and then descend back to Pantwari.
The downhill trek takes around 3 hours to reach. Reach Pantwari and start your journey to Delhi.

4th Day: Delhi Arrival | Tour Ends
The group will reach Delhi early in the morning and part ways with fond memories.
End of tour.

Cancellation Policy
Free Cancellation up to 60 days before the departure date (Booking amount is non-refundable)

If you're canceling the trip and opting for a refund
within 59 days to 45 days of the Departure Date then only 10% of the total trip cost
(calculated after subtracting the booking amount)
along with the booking amount (non-refundable) will be charged as a cancellation fee and the remaining sum would be refunded.

If you're canceling the trip and opting for a refund within 44 Days to 30 Days of the Departure Date then only 25% of the total trip cost (calculated after subtracting the booking amount) along with the booking amount (non-refundable) will be charged as a cancellation fee and remaining sum would be refunded.

If you're canceling the trip and opting for a refund within 29 Days to 15 Days of the Departure Date then only 50% of the total trip cost (calculated after subtracting the booking amount) along with the booking amount (non-refundable) will be charged as a cancellation fee and remaining sum would be refunded.

If you're canceling the trip and opting for a refund within15 Days to 8 Days of the Departure Date then only 75% of the total trip cost (calculated after subtracting the booking amount) along with the booking amount (non-refundable) will be charged as a cancellation fee and remaining sum would be refunded.
If you're canceling the trip and opting for a refund within 7 Days from the Departure Date then 100% of the total trip cost (calculated after subtracting the booking amount) along with the booking amount (non-refundable) will be charged as a cancellation fee and remaining sum would be refunded.

You are not eligible for a refund if you fail to show up on the day of departure under the given timeline that has been provided to you beforehand.
No cancellations will be taken over phone calls or WhatsApp messages. Please reply to the email of the payment receipt that you have received at the time of booking regarding the cancellation.
There would be no refund provided in case some problems occur due to government orders, harsh weather conditions, protests, landslides, or any other unforeseen circumstances. On the occasion of any such happenings, we have a backup plan ready most of the time and we'll be moving on that. There are moments when we would have to cancel some activities mentioned in the itinerary but it's only due to the reason that we would be bound by a circumstance that is not in our control.

If a trek/trip has to be aborted midway due to a natural calamity/unforeseen circumstances (like rain, snowfall, earthquake, landslides, strike, bandh, etc.). In that case, no refund would be provided.
Travel Chapes will not bear any extra expense due to any natural calamity/unforeseen circumstances (like rain, snowfall, earthquake, landslides, strike, bandh, etc.).

Cancellations policy differs for popular destinations and also during peak season, kindly confirm with your operator once.

Exclusions

Early check-in at the Camps.
Any additional expenses such as of personal nature.
Additional accommodation/food costs incurred due to any delayed travel.
Any lunch and other meals not mentioned in Package Inclusions.
Any Airfare / Rail fare other than what is mentioned in “Inclusions” or any type of transportation.
Additional Costs due to Flight Cancellations, Landslides, Roadblocks, and other natural
Camps Heater Charges.
Any Extra Meals.

Accommodations in Homestay/Camps on sharing basis as per itinerary.

Meal Plan: 4 Meals during Stay ( Day 1- Lunch and Dinner, Day 2- Breakfast and Lunch).
